In his lifetime, Mel Hunter was best known for his Science Fiction cover art, scientific renderings, and original hand-drawn lithographs. For the latter, Mel drew on what he called "Remembered Realism." His quite original lithographs and technical prowess have won respect and acclaim worldwide.

Susan Smith-Hunter has created unique ceramic sculpture, planters, mixed media forms and drawings for more than the 40 years of her professional life. So if, by chance, you found this website during a quest for "art," you have discovered some unusual and perhaps provocative art. If you seek "original art work," you have certainly found it.
